Welcome to Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia, the second largest city in Spain and one of the world's leading tourist, economic, trade fair/exhibitions and cultural-sports centers. The annual course in international law and legal information is the Association's main meeting and educational event of the year. The University of Barcelona is proud to be the host of the 32nd Annual Course on International Law and Legal Information. The theme of the conference is Catalan Law and Legal Information in a Global context. Topics will reflect Catalonia’s unique perspectives on international and domestic issues. Speakers at the sessions will include highly regarded Catalan legal academics, scholars, legal practitioners and law librarians.

The conference will be held in the Law Faculty of the University of Barcelona, located in the Barcelona Knowledge Campus and within short walking distance of the conference hotels. On Sunday the opening reception will take place at the University of Barcelona Historic Building.
