The 2011 winner was announced at the IALL 30th Annual Course on International Law Librarianship in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), 6 December 20110.
"The Kenya Law Reports is the result of an admirable domestic initiative publishing national legal information free of charge to the public. The web site provides access not only to legislation, but also to judicial practice, with extensive search facilities."
The IALL Website Award Committee was composed by Ligita Gjortlere (Riga Graduate School of Law), Teresa Miguel (Yale Law School), Mirela Roznovschi (New York University School of Law), and Ivo Vogel (Berlin State Library).
