The Local Planning Committee has reserved rooms at negotiated rates at two local hotels. Shuttles will run to and from both hotels to the conference venue during the conference.

Getting to/from hotels

The Local Planning Committee has arranged for shuttles to run between the two above hotels for much of the conference. The Local Planning Committee has put together information about getting to each of the conference hotels from either airport: see our pages for Sheraton Palo Alto or Creekside (which also include information about how to get to the conference venue from each hotel, if you’d prefer not to take the IALL shuttle).

We also have information about getting to the conference venue from the Palo Alto Transit Center and information about parking at Stanford.

Additional Hotel Options

Palo Alto and Menlo Park have a wealth of additional nearby hotels, though rooms have not been blocked at these hotels for IALL members. You will need to contact the hotels for rates and reservations. AirBNB and VRBO also have several options in the area.
