For the 37th Annual Course on International Law and Legal Information, the Local Planning Committee has reserved a number of hotel rooms for the conference delegates at special rates at these four hotels:

All hotels provide a limited number of rooms for the nights from 29 September to 04 October 2018, under the booking code “IALL Course 2018”. Please follow the links mentioned below to reserve your rooms.

Costs and logistics require that all bus or other transportation for conference events will pick up and drop off ONLY at the four hotels mentions and will not make stops at other hotels!

The “D’Coque” sports centre, the Modern Art Museum (Mudam) and the Philharmonie are located just 5 minutes from the hotel by foot.

From the Novotel the main conference venue “Chambre des Métiers”, as well as the Max Planck Institute can conveniently be reached by tram.
The tram station to get on the tram is “Europaparlament/Parlement Européen”
It is located within a short walking distance from the Novotel on the “Avenue John F. Kennedy”.
After approx. 5 minutes, you will reach the tram station “Alphonse Weicker” where you will have to get off. The tram station is in front of the shopping centre “Auchan”. You will have to walk along the “Rue Alphonse Weicker” which leads between the “Auchan” and the Max Planck Institute; its building is well recognisable because of this white tower:

The bus station to get on the bus is “Fondation Pescatore”.
It is located within a short walking distance (approx. 350 m) from the Grand hotel Victor Hugo on the “Avenue de la Porte-Neuve”.
You may take every bus line going to direction “Kirchberg”, “Luxexpo” or “Aéroport”, e.g. bus line 1, 16, 18, 144, 192, 194, 195, 213, 222, etc.
The best/nearest bus stop to get off the bus is “Poutty Stein”, which you will reach after 7 – 8 minutes.
You will have to walk along the street “Circuit de la Foire Internationale” which leads to the “Chambre des Métiers”:
*** 3. HOTEL PARC BELLE-VUE

It is located within a short walking distance (approx. 450 m) from the Parc Belle-Vue hotel on the “Boulevard Royal”.
You may take every bus line going to direction “Kirchberg”, “Luxexpo” or “Aéroport”, e.g. bus line 1, 16, 18, 125, 144, 192, 194, 195, etc.
The best/nearest bus stop to get off the bus is “Poutty Stein”, which you will reach after 10 – 15 minutes.
You will have to walk along the street “Circuit de la Foire Internationale” which leads to the “Chambre des Métiers”:
*** 4. HOTEL IBIS LUXEMBOURG AEROPORT
Right across from the Luxembourg-Findel International Airport, this ibis Hotel offers simple and elegant accommodation. Benefit from free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
The ibis Hotel Luxembourg Aeroport faces the airport, which is accessible with a 5-minute walk. You can reach the city centre by car in just 10 minutes. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the Airport every day from 4:30, and Monday to Friday to and from Kirchberg European District.

From the Ibis hotel at Luxembourg airport hotel the main conference venue “Chambre des Métiers” can conveniently be reached by bus:
The bus station to get on the bus is “Aéroport Luxembourg/ Findel”.
You may walk there or use the shuttle service offered by the hotel.
Bus line No. 16 will bring you to the “Kirchberg” in approx. 10 minutes. The best/nearest bus stop to get off the bus is “Poutty Stein”.

Other Accommodations
If you choose to stay in a different hotel, please take into account the transport connection to the conference venue. The conference venue and the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg are located on the Kirchberg plateau, which is well covered by the public transportation network (bus and tram).
Directions and roadmaps to all conference venues will only be provided from and to the four hotels providing room contingents for the IALL course 2018.
Moreover an early booking is highly recommended.
