The Luxembourg Planning Committee warmly welcomes international travellers to Luxembourg. IALL’s multinational membership is an important part of its mission, and attendance at the Annual Course by members from across the globe enriches the program for all attendees.
All international visitors to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg must hold a valid and recognized travel document. Nationals of certain countries must also obtain a “Schengen visa” from Luxembourg consular services prior to arrival.

If you need a Letter of Invitation as part of the visa application process, the Luxembourg Planning Committee is happy to provide one. Submit your request to Martina Winkel at iall2018@mpi.lu. In your request please include your full legal name as it appears on your passport, your employer, your country of nationality, your complete mailing address, and the format needed (electronic or hard copy).
