The Marriott Tri Plex, Springhill Suites, Residence Inn and Courtyard Houston Downtown/Convention Center is located inside the former Humble Oil Building featuring a beautiful neo classical red brick exterior.
The Hotels offer complimentary wireless internet and access to a fitness center and pool, business centers and an ATM. The Courtyard by Marriott Bistro is open for breakfast, dinner, appetizers, and evening drinks, Residence Inn and Springhill Suites both have breakfast areas on site. Starbucks is also on the Dallas Street side of the building.
