Your hotel (or any other approved accommodation) will provide you with a free digital public transport card enabling you to use public transport free of charge for the duration of your stay. Three days prior to your arrival, you will receive a link by email enabling you to get your Geneva Transport Card on your smartphone. The card is personal and non-transferable and grants you free access to Geneva’s public transport network UNIRESO: buses (TPG), trains (SBB), and boats (Mouettes genevoises). It is unlimited for the entire duration of your stay.
Blocks of rooms are being held at three hotels, all located close to the main railway station, all course venues, and the lake. All room rates include a buffet breakfast (city tax of CHF 3.75 per person and per night excluded). This preferential offer is based on specific dates and length of stay. You will be able to book for any number of nights between October 6 and October 13, 2023. Should you wish to extend your stay (arriving before October 6 and/or departing after October 13), the hotels agree to provide rooms at the same rate for the additional nights requested (subjected to room availability and deadlines included under the general terms and conditions). To benefit from the agreed upon rates, please make your reservation before September 6, 2023.

- Up to 72h before arrival date, no penalty
- Within 72h before arrival date, first night will be charged
Any no show will be charged for 100% of the stay. Any shortening of stay once the client is at the hotel will be invoiced for 100% of the nights cancelled.
