The theme chosen for the 45^th ACURIL Suriname Conference is Collaborative Continuing Education: Learn, Act and Inspire: Professional and Personal Development Opportunities for Lifelong Learning in Libraries, Archives and Museums in the Caribbean.  The conference aims to benefit all those who will join to learn a philosophy through presentations, workshops and poster sessions, that will reflect on their practice assessing and identifying professional and personal learning needs and opportunities, developing and implementing a professional/personal learning plan; and evaluating their own learning outcomes.
