The conference theme Discovery was chosen to reflect the opportunity for delegates to undertake their own discovery and explore the library and information profession.

The Organising Committee is committed to delivering a relevant and exciting conference program and providing a forum where library and information professionals and students, as well as representatives of our suppliers and system developers, can have the opportunity to discuss, debate and network with colleagues from Australia and overseas, hear from national and international speakers on the many exciting developments in our profession and check out the latest in products and systems through what is planned to be an extensive trade exhibition.
