“The Resilience of International Law.” The American Branch of the International Law Association (ABILA) hosts the International Law Weekend. The conference will explore international law’s capacity to preserve the rule of law, promote both peace and justice, and maintain stability in the face of growing fault lines. Keynote speakers include Judge Kimberly Prost of the International Criminal Court, Former US Ambassador-at-Large for War Crimes Issues Stephen Rapp, and UN Under-Secretary-General for Legal Affairs Miguel Serpa Soares.
