The 60th Annual Meeting of the Midwest Conference on Asian Affairs will take place at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota from October 28 to 30, 2011, and will be held jointly with the First Himalayan Studies Conference sponsored by the Association for Nepal and Himalayan Studies. We look forward to the synergies created by a joint conference. There will be a joint program for both conferences. We invite submissions from all academic disciplines that study Asia and its sub-regions, including the Himalaya.
