At the ÜNAK2017 Symposium, the main theme of “Resource Management in Academic Libraries” will be the effects of the increasing use of electronic resources in recent years, the effects of the university libraries on the basic elements such as budget, collection and personnel and the resulting problems. Recent developments have also led to significant changes in traditional library management, services and insights. As a natural consequence of these developments, it has become imperative to develop new approaches and policies, especially in the budget, collection and personnel management of libraries.
