“Sustainability and Empowerment.” Implementations of digital libraries and digital archives are no longer novelties, but familiar and accepted components of the information landscape providing a rich environment for evaluation of their actual and potential impact. This conference welcomes papers that explore the contribution that digital libraries and archives make to the sustainability and empowerment of communities, organisations and individuals, including the risks and barriers to achieving sustainability and empowerment goals.
