Programs include Confronting and Overcoming Legal Restrictions on Access to Law; Government Information – Is it Really Copyrighted?; Engaging with Copyright in Official Publications of Government and Law Libraries; and Reaffirming Article 19 in Troubled Times. Keynote speaker is Mary Robinson, former President of Ireland, former  UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, and former President of the International Commission of Jurists.
