In submitting this application, I certify and agree to the following:

I understand that the stipend will be disbursed to me in U.S. funds ONLY by bank draft (drawn on a US bank) or electronic funds transfer into a bank account I supply to the IALL Treasurer.
I will provide the IALL Treasurer receipts documenting my expenses, if requested.
The purchase of the international visa and/or reciprocity fees must be for the purpose of attending the IALL 43^rd Course in Houston.
I will submit a conference report to the Editor of the International Journal of Legal Information within one month of attending the IALL conference for which the stipend was awarded.
I understand that IALL stipends are not designed for students or those not currently in employment.
