Congratulations to Mr. Bård Sverre Tuseth, 2013 recipient of the FCIL Schaffer Grant for Foreign Law Librarians, American Association of Law Libraries (AALL). Mr. Bård Sverre Tuseth is an Academic Law Librarian at the University of Oslo Library in Norway, a position he has held since 2004. Since 2010, he has served as head of the library at the Department of Public and International Law. He is responsible for collection development, reference work, and research support for the department and other faculty. He also teaches legal information literacy and practical legal skills on all levels of the five-year master program in law offered by the University of Oslo. Read more here…
